Romulo at ANAKALUSUGAN Party-list Representative Ray Florence Reyes ang \u201cBasic Education Mental Health and Well-Being Promotion Act\u201d o House Bill No. 929.<\/p>\n<p>Ayon sa panukala, magdadagdag ng Guidance Counselors at Mental Health professionals, kasama ang umento sa sahod, sa mga paaralan para sa mga guro, estudyante at mga empleyado.<\/p>\n<p>Bahagyang ibababa rin ang kwalipikasyon upang matugunan ang kakulangan sa bilang ng mga ito. \u201cAng problemang dulot sa emotional at psychological state dala ng COVID-19 sa ating mga mag-aaral at mga guro ay sagabal sa kanilang pagkatuto at kakayanan.<\/p>\n<p>Nais nating gawing mas ligtas at kaaya-aya ang ating mga paaralan,\u201d ani ni Rep.
