Inihayag din ni Rep. Reyes na ang panukala ay ibinababa ang edad ng pinapayagang bumili mula sa 21-taong gulang pababa sa 18-taong gulang na aniya ay lalo pang umi-engganyo sa mga kabataan na gawing <em>\u201calternative option\u201d <\/em>ang vape.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNapatunayan na ng mga pag-aaral na ang vape ay isang <em>health risk <\/em>katulad ng ibang <em>tobacco products <\/em>na sanhi ng adiksyon. Sa isang ulat ng WebMD nasa 56% ng mga <em>users <\/em>ay maaring magkaroon ng <em>heart attack<\/em>. Sana\u2019y marinig ng Pangulo na ang panukalang batas na ito ay isang <em>\u2018commercial bill\u2019 <\/em>imbes na <em>health bill <\/em>na siya naman ang nararapat,\u201d ani ni Rep.
